As a more brief statement we recommend the Abstract of Principles. | Our Guiding Principles - Sola Scriptura—the Bible alone is the Word of God and possesses absolute authority to define faith and practice.
- Sola Gratia—salvation is by grace alone, because salvation is entirely “of the Lord” by His power and good pleasure.
- Sola Fide—the gift of free salvation by grace is experienced by faith alone; human merit contributes nothing to the salvation of sinners, as saving faith itself is the gift of God.
- Solus Christus—saving faith embraces Christ alone, for only He by His substitutionary death saves sinners from sin and death; the sort of faith that saves has Christ alone as its object.
- Soli Deo Gloria—Glory to God alone for the salvation of His people, chosen in Christ before the foundation of the world to the praise of His glorious grace.
